What's New ::

  • New Executive Board - Our spring meeting and ice cream social at Gulf Branch Nature Center was an interesting, informative, and yummy meeting! We first held elections and our new executive board includes President: Marx Sterne, Treasurer: Ruth Gordon, Secretary: Rich Samp, Recording Secretary: Pat Carlson, President Ex Officio: Ron Cheich, and Civic Federation Delegates: Bill Schwab, Burt Bostwick, Helen Duval, Bruce Shuttleworth, Edwin Fountain, and Jinx Lunger. We also heard more about the proposed Ft. Ethan Allen Project including great comments and concerns from the neighborhood. As a Civic Association, we will listen to the community and try to remedy any challenges brought to us. A big thank you goes to our previous President, Ron Cheich, Vice President Helen Duval, and Secretary Krista Bean Dorrian.
